Three provinces invite PNP candidates in most recent draws

Ontario, British Columbia and Manitoba issued notifications of interest to candidates in the Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) this week.

Every province and territory in Canada (except Nunavut and Quebec) operates its own PNP. These programs help provincial governments select economic immigrant candidates who will support the local economy and integrate successfully.

The PNP is a pathway to permanent residence and was established in 1998 to help spread the economic benefits of immigration across Canada, rather than just a few urban centres like Toronto or Vancouver.

All PNPs have multiple streams to attract a wide range of candidates, depending on their eligibility, such as programs for international students, people with job offers in the province or those who have experience in specific occupations.
